Hirotoshi Nishioka Born in 1982 in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa, Japan.
He Lives in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
He graduated from the Istitute Europeo di Design, Milan, Italy in 2003.

His major projects are “IMPRINT”, exploring places in the People’s Republic of China, and “Watchman”, a photograph of central Tokyo at midnight.
